Delivery
All delivery costs are calculated based on the type of items in your order, where you live, and confirmed at the checkout. More details here.
UK Delivery
Delivery costs start from £3.95, with delivery taking 2 to 5 working days for in-stock items, 2-10 days for wallpaper, and 5 to 25 days for fabric. Please note that wallpaper and fabric orders require oversized delivery which is £6.95. Larger items such as furniture will be subject to a large item delivery charge which is £24.95.
For an order with multiple items requiring different shipping rates i.e. standard, large item, and oversized delivery, all shipping rates will be combined. Regardless of the number of different items in your basket, the maximum price for delivery is £31.90. Please refer to our Delivery Policy page for further information.
Please Note: free delivery over £125 offer is available for standard delivery and oversized delivery only and excludes large item delivery.
Lead Times
Lead times on our products vary by product type. We have a wide range of products in stock, but we also have a range of products that are printed or made to order therefore delivery times will vary for these - find out more here.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, but we understand that there are times when you may want to return your order back to us.
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging with a completed returns form within 30 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees. Terms & Conditions apply.
