Delivery & Returns

Due to post Brexit shipping changes, delivery to the Republic of Ireland is currently suspended. 

Delivery Information: UK Mainland - Free Standard Delivery* on Orders over £95 (*Exclusions Apply)

  • £5.95 for Standard Delivery 5-7 working days (excluding selected furniture which can take up to 13 weeks, wallpaper, framed prints & selected lighting approx. 3 weeks)
  • £5.95 for fabric remnants delivery - fabric is dispatched in specialised packaging to preserve the quality of the material during transit  *Please note, if you place an order that includes fabric remnants they may be delivered separately from other pre-made items due to packaging and transit requirements
  • £1.50 for greetings cards, these are excluded from free delivery due to fragile packaging requirements.
  • £9.95 for large/fragile delivery items (i.e. mirrors, clocks, selected lighting, framed art & rugs)
  • £9.95 for wallpaper, delivery time 7-10 working days.
  • Wallpaper Samples: Small samples are shipped for free, full width wallpaper samples are £5.95 delivery.
  • £20 for medium furniture (i.e. Rupert Footstools)
  • £50 for large furniture (i.e Chairs, headboards & cabinets) ordering more than one chair may increase the delivery charge.
  • £80 for sofas, £120 for a multiple sofa order.
  • Made to Order Furniture such as Chairs, Headboards, Bed Frames, Sofas etc will take up to 13 weeks for delivery as they are made to order.
  • UK Mainland, Highland and Islands and Republic of Ireland only. *Delivery times to Ireland and the Highlands and Islands may vary.
  • Please note that we do not ship orders to 3rd party delivery companies.

Delivery Information: Republic of Ireland:

Due to changes in shipping requirements from Brexit, our carriers have suspended shipments to  the Republic of Ireland. We are currently not able to accept or fulfil orders from Ireland.

VAT Refunds:

Please note, Voyage cannot refund VAT from Tax Exempt countries. Please contact your local tax authority for further information.

UK & Republic of Ireland Delivery:

For addresses within the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland), we endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the product type, please see below for further details. 

Selected Lampshades/Lighting Products:

Dispatch can take up to 3 weeks as some pieces are made to order. Selected lighting is classified as fragile and not included in free and standard delivery.

Wallpaper & Framed Prints:

Dispatch can take up to 3 weeks as some pieces are made to order.

Please note: During certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays) delivery times can vary. 

Whilst we will may every effort to ensure that our estimated delivery time is met, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries which are due to situations outside of our control (i.e. postal strike, courier issues).

You may cancel an order affected by circumstances outside our control. To cancel, please email usIf you opt to cancel your order, you will have to return any relevant products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid.

Split Deliveries:

Due to packaging & courier requirements, Fabric, Wallpaper & Wallpaper Samples may be dispatched separately from other items. Occasionally we will have to dispatch your purchases in multiple parcels, there is a chance the parcels will not arrive at the same time. For further information please contact us by email.

General Information:

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address has not been entered accurately when your order was placed. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned.

We strongly recommend that ALL packages are signed for.

If you have not specified that you would like the Products to be left somewhere without being signed for or indicated a neighbour to whom we can deliver the Products to instead, please contact us by email.

Online Returns Policy:

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Voyage Outlet, we operate a straight-forward returns policy for our customers. Please notify us of the issue by email within 14 days of receipt.

Please note - we cannot process a refund if the item is not returned to us in a fully re-saleable and in original condition and packaging. 

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we do not operate a free returns policy.

After authorisation has been given, you can return your item via Royal Mail directly to us by sending your order to the address below:

Please note that goods returned without prior authorisation from our customer services team will not be accepted.

If we determine that your product has not been returned to us in a fully re-sale-able condition in it's original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item. We will only refund the delivery charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or does not match your order. 

We will refund you by your original method of payment, if we decide that a refund will not be processed, you will be contacted by our customer service team. There are some returns exclusions due to customisation, please see below for further details.

Products should be returned in their original packing, once received they will be reviewed by our customer service team to ensure they meet the the criteria in accordance with our returns policy.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for goods which have been lost in transit, the goods are your responsibility until received by Voyage. 

Our policies do not affect our statutory rights.

Wallpaper Returns:

Please note, all wallpaper is available by the metre, printed to order and therefore non-returnable unless faulty. Please check you are happy with the quality of your order before you cut.

Made to Order Items:

Once a custom made product is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Fabric Remnants are Non-Returnable. Clearance fabric is the last remaining cut of fabric from a roll and is therefore non-returnable - also, Ex-Display & Sample Sale items are Non-Returnable.

Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items:

Please note that goods returned without prior authorisation from our customer services team will not be accepted. 

Please use the address below to return your incorrect/faulty item(s) please note, we do not currently offer a free returns service unless the product is faulty – if this is the case please contact us by email and our customer service team will advise (return postage cost via Royal Mail will be reimbursed if we are at fault and you can provide proof of postage).

We do not offer a collections service unless the item is a piece of furniture. Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to return to us, it is very important to include your returns form in your parcel so that we will be able to process your refund, we will process your refund within 3 - 5 working days of receipt. Please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
