Additional Information
Home Accessories Includes: Small Framed Prints (46x46, 47x47, 33x38cm), Candles, Glassware, Stationery, and Kitchenware. All Home Accessories items have a standard £6.95 charge for mainland delivery.
Soft Furnishings Includes: Bed Linen, Cushions, Curtains, Doorstops, Draught Excluders, Floor Cushions, and Throws. All Soft Furnishings items have a standard £6.95 charge for mainland delivery.
General Guidance
Please note different item types are shipped separately. An additional charge per item type will be added to your order when purchasing multiple product types. When ordering Larger Items, Furniture, Fabrics or Wallpaper, only the delivery charge for that category will be added to your order, as outlined in the table above. Please note we may despatch your order from various locations, and therefore you may receive more than one parcel, sometimes from different couriers. Fabric and Wallpaper will always be dispatched separately due to the size and nature of the product.
Fabric Orders
Fabrics orders of less than 4 meters travelling to a non-UK Mainland address will be folded in a box to keep delivery charges to a minimum. All velvet fabrics and fabric orders greater than 4m are shipped rolled.
Lampshade and Framed Prints
In-stock lampshades and picture frames can take up to 7 working days for delivery. Out-of-stock lampshades and framed prints have a turnaround time of 3 weeks.
Delivery Address Information
Orders will be delivered to the address specified when placing your order. Please ensure you enter the delivery address correctly at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to inaccurate delivery address details. Voyage Maison will also not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if, at your request, they are left somewhere unsigned. We strongly recommend that you ensure a party is present to sign all packages.
Changing or Cancelling your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer services team ASAP - voyageoutlet@voyfab.co.uk
We cannot cancel an order if:
* The order has been despatched
* The order is a custom/bespoke made-to-order item already in production, e.g., furniture & Wallpaper
* The item ordered is an Ex-Display item

Voyage cannot issue VAT refunds from tax-exempt countries. Please get in touch with your local tax authority for further information.
