The terms “we”, “our” and “us” are used to refer to Voyage Maison Limited throughout our terms and conditions and our customer service pages.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
By purchasing from Voyage Maison Outlet, you (the customer) accept the Terms & Conditions below, agreeing to read all of our policies of sale on this page and also the Delivery, Returns, and Order Confirmation. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website.
Promotional Code Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.
You may use published promotional codes through our website unless otherwise stated and not in conjunction with any other offer.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges, gift vouchers, and sale (clearance) items are excluded from offers.
These offers are not for resale or publication and only apply to personal orders with all orders being subject to acceptance under Voyage Maison’s standard terms and conditions – orders that are considered to be commercial may be excluded from the offer. Promotional codes are not valid against shipping rates. In the case of part-refunds, a percentage of the item’s value will be calculated and refunded as per the total order value. Promotional codes may only be redeemed against in-stock items and cannot be retained for usage beyond their date of expiry. Where a minimum spend is stipulated, this refers to the order subtotal exclusive of shipping.
We are unable to apply discount codes retrospectively to an order once the sale has been made.
We reserve the right to cancel any promotion, offer or promotional code after seven working days of publication.
We will not accept your order until such time that you are emailed that your order has been accepted. Once you receive such an email, we will be contracted to you, and your contract will be concluded upon delivery of the products or completion of the services.
Any products or services on the same order that we have not yet confirmed via email will not form part of that contract and will form part of a separate contract when an email confirming that element of the order is sent to you.
We still reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, payment problems, product availability and product price or description error.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact our customer services department at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been despatched or in production, please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
Product Pricing, Descriptions & Images
All prices published are in pounds sterling [Republic of Ireland prices will be in Euros] and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Website and in our catalogue are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.
Although we aim to keep the Website and our catalogue as up-to-date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, dimensions, and pricing, may be subject to change without notice. The images shown online and in catalogues are for illustration purposes only. Many products are also shown with additional props but these are not included in the sale of a product unless otherwise specified.
Due to the fact, that our stock levels are updated periodically, a product may sell out during the time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfil it. If this does happen, we will contact you within 3 days with an alternative item or refund your money.
Sale prices are valid from the time that it displays online and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order. If an item was purchased at full price, it will need to be returned in the appropriate way and then reordered.
We have very limited stock of our sale items, and we do not take back orders on any of these or any items. Sofa & Chair Guarantees
Each sofa & chair collection is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee of various lengths and inclusiveness. Please refer to the item product page or ask a member of staff prior to purchase so that you can be provided with correct and complete information.
Payment for all orders is at the point of sale and not at the point of despatch.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under Scots law you must:
Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
Be over 18 years of age.
Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom [or the Republic of Ireland]. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary addresses are not acceptable.
Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
All bespoke items are non-refundable. This is non-negotiable. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
Orders from the Republic of Ireland
We can accept orders from customers in the Republic of Ireland, and these orders will be processed and delivered by, Voyage Maison Ireland (VMI), a related party company registered in the Republic of Ireland, registered number is 691010, registered address is Coliemore House, Coliemore Road, Dalkey, County Dublin. VMI is registered for VAT in Ireland, VAT number 3763940NH.
The prices shown on the website include VAT at 23% where appropriate.
Voyage Maison Limited will take all reasonable steps to avoid any customs charges but will not be responsible for these charges should they arise. This is the responsibility of the customer at all times.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive your order delivery and it is either faulty or damaged, then you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt (notwithstanding your statutory rights) to reject the goods. In such an event, you need to advise us of the issue and wait for our approval to return the goods. Should we agree with you that the goods are faulty or damaged, exchange or refund will be processed.
We reserve the right to examine all goods that are returned to us to ensure that condition, damage and packaging match the reason for return.
We do not accept accountability for any returned goods that do not reach our warehouse, nor can we accept liability for any goods that may be returned to us in error. It is therefore advised that any goods you may wish to return are done so via a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage. If substantial damage has been caused to the product during return transit then we reserve the right to refuse the issue of a refund or exchange.
Where goods are returned damaged or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any deductions due by way of compensation for any damage that may have been caused. If considerable damage has been caused, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer an exchange.
We endeavour to process all refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. It will take a further 3 to 5 working days for your refund to show back in your account.
You will receive a notification from our customer service team that your order has been received and following checks the refund process will take place.

Warping and Expansion- Please note that products made from wood may warp or expand when subject to changes in temperature and humidity. Our wooden furniture should never be left by a radiator or under windows.
Product Imperfections- Many of the items sold are handmade using traditional techniques or rustic or natural materials and therefore will vary from the picture on the Website and no two items will be identical.
Sunlight Damage- Please note that upholstery and wooden furniture is likely to fade if left in direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Double or triple-glazed windows are able to slow the rate of damage caused by UV light, but we suggest keeping susceptible items away from direct sunlight.
Many of our items including large pieces of furniture and mirrors are always in stock, but during busy times of the year, stock may sell out quickly or be limited in availability.
Where a product is not in stock, we try our very best to display an estimated re-stocking date on a product page if the information is available. We also provide you with the opportunity to register your email address on a product page to be notified as soon as stock is booked into our warehouse.
Our made-to-order products have their own delivery lead times and you are encouraged to look at these prior to placing an order.
To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind whether expressed or implied, in relation to our website, goods and services. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or damaged products.
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (except for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for any economic loss (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); any loss of goodwill or reputation and any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents, and employees.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Updates & Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated or amended from time to time to comply with law or where our company or website requires such change without any notice to you. Updates and amendments will be posted to our website.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts in the event of any dispute arising from these terms and conditions. All contracts are concluded in English.
